Christina Dunham is my wonderful girlfriend who, *ehem* contracted me to do her online presence as an actor. I use the .NET XML DOM to read an Atom feed that Christina provides, and with that contruct her "Latest News" section. The same thing is done with a feed from a Flickr account of her's to produce the picture gallery. So Christina has the power to update her site with the use of tools she is already comfortable with.
